And the only thing I could find to criticize here is so minor when you click 'return' on a girl's profile it brings you back to the game, rather than the screen that lists all the girls (which I previously referred to as the 'paths screen' but that no longer feels accurate). 2 of Eternum is almost an exception to that rule. VERY few games, much less adult VNs, can escape a playthrough without criticism.
